MESU awarded as one of Charleston’s 12 Greatest Restaurants by Opentable

No need to pick just 1…it’s Mexican + Sushi.

Republic Development and Management Group announces that their Mexican + Sushi concept, MESU, has been awarded as one of Charleston’s 12 Greatest Restaurants by Opentable.

In their recent The Greats blog, Opentable’s Stratton Lawrence has noted “The hybrid offerings stick to elegant and accessible flavors such as habanero edamame, ginger-glazed chicken wings, wisps of orange in the fried pork tacos, and a signature sushi roll with tuna, salsa, and cilantro. “

While taking in the “festive” art décor, Stratton advises to try one of the signature Margarita cocktails while feasting on the decadent caramel filled churros.

Located on upper King Street in beautiful downtown Charleston, MESU offers a combination of Mexican and Sushi inspired fare with an energetic and artistic atmosphere. A full bar with a unique list of sake, tequila and attractive cocktails will accompany the eclectic food menu. Dance the night away every Thursday Night with Salsa dancing starting at 9pm, or indulge in Sake Sundays, every Sunday afternoon.

MESU is located at 570 King Street, in downtown Charleston and is open daily at 4pm til late everyday.
